Associate Attorney - Plaintiffs' Litigation (Los Angeles / Hybrid or Remote)
A highly respected plaintiffs' law firm with a long-standing national presence is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing Los Angeles/Encino team. The firm is known for handling high-profile, complex litigation across multiple practice areas, including catastrophic injury and class actions. This is a great opportunity for a motivated associate seeking meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship, and long-term career growth within a collaborative environment.
The firm is open to hybrid or remote work arrangements for California-licensed attorneys based in California.
- Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and collaborate with team members.
- Communicate with clients and support team in case management and litigation planning.
- 4-6 years of litigation experience preferred (candidates slightly below or above may be considered).
- Strong complex litigation background; class action experience preferred but not required.
- Plaintiff-side experience preferred, but defense candidates with strong litigation experience will be considered.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (Top 50 preferred).
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload and collaborate effectively with a team.
