• The annual base salary for this position is between 120k-160k, DOE and other qualifications.
• In addition, there is a bonus formula with unlimited income potential.
• Work From Home primarily, with some in-office meetings and court appearances.

• Realistic caseload and billable requirements, with support staff.

• JD, licensed in Texas
• Preferably 5+ years of family law experience (litigation and negotiation) with solid understanding of the Texas Family Code and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Board certification in family law preferred.
• A proven track record of representing high-net-worth clients or complex cases and high client satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and courtroom skills with a professional, confident presence.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and comfort with modern legal tech and systems.
• Values efficiency and strategy.
• Emotional intelligence: ability to support clients navigating stress while maintaining boundaries and professionalism, as well as being creative and solution-oriented.
• Ability to work from home without direct supervision, with excellent self-discipline, time management, reliability, initiative, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team and outside professionals to optimize outcomes for clients.

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, and related family law matters with a strategic, results-driven approach.
• Provide high-touch client service: proactive communication, polished advocacy, and compassionate support.
• Develop and execute case strategies that align with each client’s personal and financial goals.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys, paralegals, and client service staff to deliver a seamless, concierge experience.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth through thought leadership and community involvement.
• Prepare legal pleadings and supporting documents
• Attend court hearings and trials to zealously advocate on behalf of your client
