Auto & General Liability Attorney

Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP, a prominent civil litigation defense firm with a national presence, is seeking an experienced Auto & General Liability Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position is based in the New York Area, with flexibility in office location and a hybrid work-from-home schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Admission to the New York Bar is required
• Admission in New Jersey, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania is a plus
• Demonstrated expertise, a minimum 1–5 years of relevant defense litigation and a strong background in liability and property damage as well as uninsured and underinsured litigation and No-Fault.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with guidance from team leaders

Role Responsibilities
As a key member of our Auto & General Liability team, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day case management with full litigation responsibilities
• Draft and argue motions, attend court conferences, and conduct depositions
• Prepare discovery responses and coordinate medical examinations
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers on case strategy and updates
• Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining autonomy over your files
• Contribute to cases involving premises liability and general negligence

Job Type:
Full-time (with Hybrid schedule available at this time)

Salary Range:
$110 – $130K per year – Commensurate with Experience
