Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting legal documents and pleadings
• Corresponding with attorneys, courts, and clients
• Witness interviews and preparation
• Ensuring document accuracy
• Court appearances and case management
• Legal research and administrative duties

• J.D. degree
• Law license in Tennessee
• Family law experience preferred but not required
• Senior Associate level available for attorneys with 5+ years of litigation experience
