Job Title: Assistant Solicitor (Qualified, Non-File Carrying)

This fully remote role suits a qualified solicitor (Grade A or within 12 months of becoming one) who wants to step away from file carrying. You’ll be supporting a senior solicitor with complex multi-track personal injury claims, handling the legal detail without direct responsibility for files. The team is close-knit and experienced, and there is scope to move internally into your own caseload in future if that becomes of interest.

• Drafting litigation documents such as witness statements, particulars of claim, and schedules of loss
• Liaising with experts, counsel, and clients to support ongoing litigation
• Managing deadlines and procedural compliance under the CPR
