$140,000 - $199,000 per year

Law firm focused primarily on the defense of workers compensation claims and related litigation. We represent a variety of clients including employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators. We take pride in the quality of our work and we are committed to providing thorough and effective representation to our clients. We believe that we can achieve the best results by staying well informed on the law, being thoroughly prepared, negotiating assertively and effectively, and keeping an open line of communication with our clients.

We are actively involved in the workers compensation community, giving educational seminars for many different clients and organizations, and, serving as members for the Claims Litigation Alliance, California Coalition on Workers’ Compensation, Association of Workers’ Compensation Professionals and the Industrial Claims Associations throughout the state. We are excited to continue to provide the workers compensation community with high quality legal representation!

• Be a lawyer in the state of California State Bar in good standing (required)
• Minimum 2-5 Years Of Defense Experience Required
• Have a personable and friendly character
• Able to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Confident, articulate and persuasive in speech and writing
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Able to work using case management software in a paperless environment
