• Manage workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution
• Conduct discovery, gather evidence, and prepare legal documentation
• Handle litigation, including representing clients in hearings, trials, and settlements
• Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
• Provide proactive case management and legal counsel
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• Member of the State Bar of California
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proactive case management approach

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California
