Rogers Law Group is seeking a Lawyer with 2 - 5 years of litigation experience to join our firm. Mentorship will be available as needed; however you must be able to run files independently. We are looking for someone who is courageous, ambitious, and excited to jump in and help with files right away while working in a collegial, team-based environment.

Must be comfortable attending court in Supreme and Provincial on an urgent basis as needed.

• Manage family law, civil, and estate litigation files
• Attend trials, applications, mediations, and discoveries
• Conduct legal research, review documents, and provide strategic advice to clients
• Collaborate with support staff and other lawyers to advance matters efficiently

This is a hybrid remote position. You will work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week, with the remaining days worked from home unless additional in-person attendance is required. However, the office is available full time if that is your preference.

• Called to the Bar in BC with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience
