ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney for a full-time hybrid role based in Pembroke Pines, FL, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities will include advising clients on immigration law matters, preparing and filing visa applications, representing clients in immigration proceedings, and providing legal guidance on immigration issues. The role also involves liaising with government agencies and staying up to date on changes in immigration laws and policies.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience with Immigration Law, including Visas and Immigration Issues
- Expertise in handling Immigration Cases, including legal strategy and application processes
- Ability to advise clients on Legal Issues related to immigration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law
- At least 5 years of experience in immigration law is preferred
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Familiarity with case management software and tools is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage
