A Legal 500 Tier 1 employment law firm is rapidly expanding its Bristol office and is looking for a Solicitor with claimant experience to join the growing team. The firm is renowned for delivering expert advice and excellent outcomes for employees and individuals, combining technical expertise with outstanding client care.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Bristol office at a pivotal time, helping to grow the team and shape the firm's presence locally. You'll develop your expertise, take on varied and high-profile cases, and benefit from real career progression within a collaborative and supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the expanding Bristol team, you will manage a varied caseload, including:

* Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims

* Discrimination and harassment cases under the Equality Act 2010

* Settlement agreements and exit packages

* Employment Tribunal preparation and hearings

Requirements

* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in claimant employment law.

* Strong client care and communication skills, able to manage cases independently from advice through to resolution.

* Commercially aware, organised, and proactive with the ability to manage a varied caseload.

* A collaborative, approachable team player who fits naturally into a close-knit, supportive team environment.
