Family Law Attorney

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney, located in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Some work from home is acceptable. The Family Law Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as advising clients on legal issues, drafting motions, attending court, and representing clients in family law matters including divorces and custody cases.

• Proficiency in Family Law
• Ability to navigate and resolve Legal Issues
• Experience with drafting pleadings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Texas State Bar
