Job description
I am seeking a bright, driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our firm on a part-time basis
, with a clear path to transitioning into a full-time role as the practice grows.

- Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic case guidance
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with firm leadership as the PI practice continues to expand
- Licensed attorney in good standing
- Personal injury experience preferred (plaintiff-side strongly desired)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage cases independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, organized, and growth-oriented
- Completely remote
- Part-time to start, with a defined path to full-time
- Base salary plus percentage/fee split
- Full firm support: marketing, accounting, intake, and operations handled for you
- Opportunity to help build and shape a growing personal injury practice without the overhead or administrative burden
If you’re an attorney who wants the freedom of practicing independently with the backing of a firm that supports your growth, I'd love to connect.
