Our established family law firm is seeking a Remote Associate Attorney who is ready to make an impact within a highly collaborative and supportive environment. This role offers hands‑on experience with a broad range of family law matters including divorce, custody disputes, support cases, and property division.

You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys while advocating for clients during some of the most critical moments of their lives.

• Manage a diverse caseload with opportunities for direct client interaction.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision.
• Conduct research to build strong legal arguments.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and the court.
• Work directly with a fully remote team of legal professionals.
• Confidently represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and trials both in court and virtually.

• Are a licensed California attorney.
• Have 2+ years of Family Law and relevant experience.
• Possess strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Are organized, resilient, and ready to learn.

• Competitive salary of $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience.
