Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Injury Defense Attorney located in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. The Person al Injury Defense Attorney will handle day-to-day tasks such as representing clients in personal injury defense cases, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and preparing legal documents. The attorney will be required to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively with other legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Law and Personal Injury Defense
- Experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Legal Research
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas
