General Liability / Auto Attorney (Accidents) – Remote work! – NY / NJ

With over 45 attorneys and offices in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, we defend a wide range of matters, including liability, toxic tort, products liability, coverage disputes, and healthcare fraud.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $175,000, along with a comprehensive benefits program. Job Duties- Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents
- Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
- Attend in‑person and virtual court appearances
- Must be licensed in NY and/or NJ
- Recent experience with automotive bodily injury or general liability cases
Work fully remote or hybrid if you prefer (we have offices throughout NY, NJ, and PA).
