Commercial Solicitor; –PQE remote - IMD Corporate

Commercial Solicitor (0–3 PQE) – 4-day week, 100% salary, fully remote (with optional office access)

You’ll be joining our Corporate & Commercial team (IMD Corporate) and working closely alongside Michelle Mersey, a Partner in our Commercial Team and a New York-qualified attorney with extensive experience advising international businesses. The role is firmly commercial contracts-focused. You will be advising UK and international clients on the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements, with direct client contact from an early stage.

• ✅ You’re qualified in England & Wales (or hold an equivalent international qualification)
• ✅ You have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• ✅ You’re comfortable managing client relationships directly (or keen to develop this fast)
