• Support the daily litigation needs of health care providers and suppliers, including large health systems, post‑acute care organizations, physician groups, clinical laboratories, pharmacies, and digital health companies
• Draft clear, concise legal analysis, briefs, motions, and related filings
• Conduct discovery and e‑discovery, manage subpoenas, and participate in depositions, arbitrations, and internal investigations
• Develop a strong understanding of clients' business operations, objectives, and strategic goals
• Provide practical, actionable legal advice tailored to complex regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with colleagues across related practice areas, including fraud and abuse investigations, licensing and certification, and health care transactions

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Located in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego
• Level‑appropriate litigation experience (brief writing, motion practice, discovery, e‑discovery, arbitration, depositions, investigations, subpoena responses)
• Prior health care litigation experience is not required, but interest in health law and complex regulatory regimes is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
