Position: Conveyancer Remote / Flexible Hours, Low Caseload
Experienced Conveyancer wanted for a fully flexible role - work from home, part-time or full-time. Handle varied residential conveyancing cases with a low-pressure caseload and a supportive team.Are you an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for a flexible, low-pressure conveyancing role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and friendly conveyancing team where you can enjoy ultimate flexibility, including part-time hours, fully remote working, or a mix that suits your  this Flexi Conveyancer role, you will provide cover for fee earners by managing cases during periods of absence.

You will step in at any stage of a residential conveyancing transaction, ensuring smooth progression without the pressure of maintaining your own permanent caseload or developing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Progress residential conveyancing cases, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Shared Ownership OR New Builds.

Pick up live files from other conveyancers, stepping in at any stage of the conveyancing process.

Review search reports, respond to enquiries, and ensure smooth file progression.

Work with a supportive team in a laid-back but efficient environment.

Typically handle no more than 40 cases at a time, supported by a shared case management spreadsheet for smooth handovers.Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years' residential conveyancing experience (Solicitor, CLC, CILEX or experienced unqualified conveyancer).Comfortable handling all stages of Freehold and Leasehold transactions.

Confident working independently and adapting to different case files.
