Senior Associate General Counsel, Solar DG — Remote

A solar energy solutions company is looking for an experienced Associate General Counsel to support its growing distributed generation solar business. The ideal candidate will have 4-15 years of legal experience in the solar industry, specializing in drafting and negotiating complex project agreements and managing compliance with regulatory requirements. This role may be performed remotely with occasional meetings in Baltimore or New York City.

Compensation includes a base salary of $200K – $250K plus bonuses and equity options.
