Rincker Law, PLLC is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our technology-forward, Central Illinois-based firm. This role offers the flexibility of remote work or a hybrid arrangement from our Shelbyville or Champaign office—ideal for a motivated attorney looking to grow their family law practice with mentorship from experienced practitioners.

Our Family Law practice handles mid to high net worth matters throughout Central Illinois, including contested litigation and uncontested proceedings. What You ll Do- Manage a growing caseload of family law matters including dissolution of marriage (with and without children), allocation of parental responsibilities, prenuptial agreements, and related proceedings
- Handle mid to high net worth family law litigation and uncontested matters
- Receive mentorship and guidance from senior attorneys to develop your skills
- Appear in courts throughout Central Illinois
- Collaborate with our team using modern legal technology and project management tools
- Meet billable hour and revenue goals aligned with firm KPIs
Required:
- 1-5 years of legal experience, with family law experience preferred
- Licensed to practice in Illinois (or willing to obtain Illinois licensure)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop litigation and courtroom skills
- Commitment to meeting performance metrics (revenue generation of 3.5x employee costs)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Experience with dissolution of marriage, custody, or other family law matters
- Familiarity with Central Illinois courts
- Tech-forward mindset with willingness to learn and adopt new technology
