Overview
Position Overview This position will require you to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be able to run a case from inception to final resolution in a few areas of civil litigation, such as Plaintiff's Bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Real Estate Disputes. The position will also include some defense work. Insurance Coverage Law experience is a plus but not required.
This position is mostly REMOTE, meaning that you will be able to control your schedule of when you come into the office with the exception of firm meetings.

Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including tort claims such as bodily injury, property damage, and consumer protection, construction litigation, partnership disputes and fiduciary litigation. Insurance Coverage Law experience is a plus but not required.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, trial preparation and trials.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.
- Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.
- Commitment to client service, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- 25% origination bonus for clients you bring into the firm even as an associate
