Salary $150,000 - $300,000 per year

Law practice with a focus on supporting companies of all sizes with legal issues regarding employment and business law throughout California. We are experienced employment litigators and advisers who have represented employers in class actions involving thousands of employees to single plaintiff harassment and discrimination type of claims.

• Defend employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings
• Handle matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, DOL, state fair employment agencies)
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, agreements, and contracts

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in California
• 5+ years of experience practicing employment law on the defense side
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Litigation experience, including motion practice and discovery
