Terence M. Hoffman Law Office is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our growing practice. This is a remote position ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-centered legal environment.

The Probate Paralegal will support probate and estate administration matters from start to finish, working closely with the attorney to ensure accuracy, organization, and timely case progression.

• Minimum 3 years of probate/paralegal experience required
• Strong knowledge of probate procedures and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with legal case management systems preferred

• Draft and prepare probate and estate-related documents
