Remote Insurance Defense Attorney

Overview

I’m working with a well-established defense firm that is seeking to add a Remote Litigation Attorney to its expanding insurance defense/personal injury defense practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury matters, including auto-related liability and premises liability, while collaborating with experienced trial lawyers.

The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills, the ability to manage their own caseload, work on multiple cases simultaneously and hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, expert work, and trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is eager to grow their career within a supportive and dynamic team.

• Work on a variety of personal injury matters within insurance defense/personal injury defense practice.
• Collaborate with experienced trial lawyers.
• Manage own caseload and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, expert work, and trials as needed.

• Active license to practice in Texas
• Background in Insurance defense of personal injury defense
• 3-12 years of litigation experience

Compensation: Up to $200k+, Bonuses and partnership track

Type: Full Time / Remote
