What You'll Do

* Advise clients on corporate transactions, reorganisations, and governance matters.

* Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, articles of association, and other corporate documents.

* Support M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and AIM/public market transactions.

* Develop client relationships while working closely with senior colleagues in a collaborative team.

Requirements

* Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with a corporate seat (NQ or early PQE).

* Experience or interest in corporate law, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, or shareholder agreements.

* Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial awareness.

* Collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced corporate environment.
