Post Completions Paralegal

An esteemed law firm with a strong presence in the real estate sector is seeking a Post Completions Paralegal to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. This role offers a blend of traditional office presence and the flexibility of working from home, providing a balanced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume caseload of property sales, including shared ownership and outright sales.
• Handle all aspects of post-completion tasks, including dealing with requisitions.
• Assist with staircasing matters as well as residential acquisitions and disposals.
• Ensure strict adherence to timelines and deadlines.
• Set up and maintain online document rooms and provide regular progress reports and invoices to clients.
• Manage multiple transaction-related deadlines simultaneously.
• Perform legal research and maintain accurate electronic and hard copy files.
• Support and assist other team members as needed, ensuring compliance with department procedures and policies.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification, with solid drafting skills.
• Experience in a similar post-completion role.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
