Family Law Attorney - Great Work Life Balance Opportunity with Juniper Family Law

Juniper Family Law is a dynamic young firm based in a charming little building in Old Town Arvada. We are dedicated to providing our clients a boutique experience, while still maintaining a strong emphasis on our work-life balance. We are eager to expand our team with the addition of an Associate or Of Counsel Attorney (and a junior paralegal) before the spring divorce season kicks off.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage overflow and new cases from start to finish, including consultations, court appearances, mediations, and more
• Work independently with experienced paralegal, taking the lead on cases with minimal supervision
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of work, maintaining high standards of representation
• Conduct bi-weekly case meetings with Managing Attorney and paralegal to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment among the team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience specializing in domestic relations
• First chair trial experience required
• Ability to work independently and handle cases autonomously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideal candidate brings 6+ active cases to hit the ground running
