Associate Attorney

Overview

McCormick & Priore, P.C. is seeking to add a litigation associate in its Princeton, NJ office to accommodate the firm’s recent growth. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in civil litigation and strong writing and organizational skills. The position includes a competitive salary, hybrid flexible schedule with remote work availability, quarterly bonus structure, formal training and mentorship program, full insurance benefits and the opportunity to handle all aspects of cases from discovery, through depositions, dispositive motions and trials.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• New Jersey bar admission required. New York bar admission preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in civil litigation strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.
• Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw.
