We are seeking a congenial, organized, bilingual, client services coordinator to conduct client intake calls/meetings, summarize client medical records, and provide general support to our litigation paralegal. This is a client-facing role suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Job Description- Exhibit a professional demeanor with all firm’s clients, attorneys, staff, and vendors.
- Manage and direct a high volume of incoming calls and perform intake screening.
- Demonstrate proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or other similar software programs necessary to perform essential duties of the position (training will be provided).
- Draft/send medical record requests, then summarize and organize records once received (training will be provided).
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Provide assistance to others within the firm when requested based on priorities of current work-in-hand, promoting teamwork and mutual cooperation among all staff members.
- Occasionally translate Spanish interviews/documents for attorneys and paralegals.
We place a large emphasis on the quality of life of the members of our firm and do not have billable hour requirements. To support a healthier work/life balance, we are a hybrid firm, located in Walnut Creek, and are open to working with a candidate anywhere in the Bay Area. Ideally, you would work in-person on mutually agreed upon days during the work week while demonstrating an ability to effectively work from home on other days.

Essential Qualifications- 1+ years experience in a customer service (or similar) role, preference to those with experience in a law firm
- Capable of working independently and proactively
- Planner with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with our existing associates, paralegals, legal secretaries, and front desk administrator to support clients
- AA degree (with a preference for candidates with a bachelor’s degree)
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
- $22 to $27/hour (~$45,760 to ~$56,160 a year)
- Performance bonus with amount based on impact within the firm
Where you fall within this range is dependent on relevant experience, seniority, geographic location, and demonstrated role ability during the interview process.
HoursFull time, 40 hrs./week
- Medical insurance (Anthem Gold PPO or Kaiser Platinum Plan,
100% of premiums covered for employee, spouse, and dependents) - 401(k), including matching (available after one year of employment)

Hybrid schedule with in-office days at our office in Walnut Creek, CA.
Start DateWe are flexible with the start date. We are willing to wait for the right person and are less concerned with getting someone in ASAP. Ideally, the right candidate could start before the end of February 2026, but we can discuss what works best for you!
