• Consult with the corporate counsel and senior management on legal strategies and issues
• Coordinate and manage outside legal counsel as necessary
• Negotiate and draft various agreements, including vendor contracts and leases
• Collaborate with contract teams to drive the contracting process and assess risks
• Advise management on changes in laws and regulations affecting contracts and compliance

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in corporate or healthcare law
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal research skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders

• Experience in nonprofit healthcare or similar sectors
• Familiarity with SaaS agreements and compliance regulations
• Proven track record of managing outside counsel effectively
• Strong understanding of risk management principles in a corporate context
