The Opportunity
We are seeking a confident, curious and self‑motivated lawyer to join our growing Legal team in Bangkok. You will play a crucial role in providing legal review and guidance on new and existing product offerings and platform features, supporting both Agoda and its adjacent business unit, RTA. You should possess a deep understanding of digital and e‑commerce platform regulations, consumer protection law and technology‑related law, and basic understanding of intellectual property law and privacy regulations.
You will be part of a dynamic group that constantly seeks opportunities to innovate and challenge the status quo. You must have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to develop scalable, pragmatic solutions that align with commercial and strategic objectives.

Product and Feature Review:
Conduct legal assessments of new and existing product offerings and features, delivering concise, actionable and business‑friendly advice to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Policy Development and Maintenance:
Update and maintain the company’s Terms of Use, policies, and other legal documents to align with evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Cross‑functional

Collaboration:

Support product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand product visions and offer legal insights from ideation through deployment in close collaboration with other subject matter experts such as tax, finance and specialist counsels within the legal team.
Regulatory Compliance:
Proactively monitor and analyze changes in e‑commerce and technology laws and regulations, advise on product strategy and lead regulatory change management projects.
