• Compile legal references necessary for judicial decision-making
• Assist the judge in managing cases through the court system

• Graduate of an accredited law school
• Knowledge of general law, state law, and legal terminology
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and legal research software
• Ability to research complex legal issues and apply relevant legal principles

• Experience in legal research or court practices
• Familiarity with Westlaw or similar legal research tools
• Skills in maintaining effective working relationships in a diverse environment
• Demonstrated ability to represent the court respectfully
