Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr
The Atlantic Group has partnered with one of the largest hedge funds in the US. They have an immediate need for a Corporate Paralegal to join their Manhattan office. This position is a full-time contract role that’s estimated to be 6-12 months with the possibility to become permanent. A Career with the Legal TeamThe Legal team provides support across the organization by offering practical legal guidance and helping the business operate efficiently and ethically in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (this may change to 4 days in-office and 1 day work from home in the future).
Job Duties- Help manage and process a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, software and data licenses, NDAs, and engagement letters
- Update and maintain contract templates
- Prepare contract-related reports and analytics as needed
- Support teams across multiple business areas, including Technology, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and more
- Assist with the rollout of a new AI-powered contract negotiation and management tool
- Maintain and update the contract management system as policies or business needs change
- Train new users on the contract management system
- Corporate paralegal experience required
- Experience working within financial services required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with internal teams and external vendors
- Willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
