Requirements
- Illinois Bar License
- Three (3) – six (6) years’ experience in Family Law, litigation, and domestic relations experience
- Draft pleadings, Marital Settlement Agreements, Final Allocation Judgments and Parenting Plans, pretrial memorandum, and correspondence
- Juris Doctor
