We’re representing a dynamic, fast-growing national litigation practice with a modern approach to insurance coverage and defense.

• Lead and manage third-party insurance coverage disputes and opinions
• Handle a controlled volume of third-party insurance defense cases
• Run files autonomously while partnering closely with colleagues on strategy and execution
• Appear regularly for court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings
• Maintain strong, proactive client relationships with clear monthly reporting
• Deliver high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

• Competitive base salary up to $200,000 (based on experience and billables)
• Discretionary year-end bonus (recent payouts in the $10K–$15K+ range)

• 7+ years of focused experience in insurance coverage law
• Proven track record handling third-party insurance coverage and defense matters
• Comfort with Texas law and procedures (licensing flexibility possible; multi-jurisdictional experience a plus)
• Ability to consistently average ~160 billable hours/month
• Self-motivated professionals who thrive with autonomy and team collaboration
