This role can be based out of the following locations:

• Westminster – 1501 W 124th Avenue, Suite 700, Westminster, CO 80234
• Fort Collins – 3538 JFK Parkway, Suite 1, Fort Collins, CO 80525

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and protection orders.
• Manage all phases of casework, from legal research and drafting pleadings to negotiations and court appearances.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication to support clients throughout their legal journey.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain accurate case files and billing records with meticulous attention to detail.
• Contribute to a supportive, excellence- and integrity-driven work environment.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong litigation skills with a proven track record of courtroom appearances.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Client-focused mindset with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
