Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full‑Time Litigation Paralegal.
A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.
Reason for HiringDraft complaints, initial discovery, motion drafting, calendaring, client interactions, and trial preparation support.
Requirements- Draft Complaints and Initial Discovery
- Personal Injury experience
- Forward complaints to process servers and monitor service of process
- Draft Discovery Responses
- Calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence
- Draft and file standard motions and motion responses
- Maintain litigation timelines
- Conduct status update calls with clients
- Client update calls
- Send and follow up on non‑party discovery requests
- Assist in trial preparation
