Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full‑Time Litigation Paralegal.

A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.

Draft complaints, initial discovery, motion drafting, calendaring, client interactions, and trial preparation support.

• Draft Complaints and Initial Discovery
• Personal Injury experience
• Forward complaints to process servers and monitor service of process
• Draft Discovery Responses
• Calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence
• Draft and file standard motions and motion responses
• Maintain litigation timelines
• Conduct status update calls with clients
• Client update calls
• Send and follow up on non‑party discovery requests
• Assist in trial preparation
