The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned Trusts & Estates attorney who thrives in a high-trust environment and is ready to take on a leadership path within a well-established platform. You will receive work directly from partners, manage and develop a team, and play a key role in the firm’s long-term private client strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Handle sophisticated Trusts & Estates / Private Client matters
- Serve as a senior-level resource on complex planning and client matters
- Receive and manage work directly from firm leadership
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of 2–5 associates
- Support practice development and operational growth
- Contribute to firm leadership and long-term strategy
- Maintain a 1,800+ billable hour practice within a supportive, sustainable platform
- 8+ years of Trusts & Estates / Private Client experience
- Strong substantive expertise in estate planning, trusts, and private wealth matters
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing attorneys
- Leadership mindset with interest in growing into a broader firm role
- Strong client presence and professional judgment
- Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, high-responsibility environment
