Labor And Employment Attorney

Our client is seeking a 3–8 year attorney to join its Labor and Employment Law Practice Group in its Bay Area offices to serve public sector clients. The position will provide legal advice to public sector and private clients with respect to employment and traditional labor matters. Transactional and labor and employment experience, and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills are required;

prior employment litigation experience is preferred.

Compensation for associates ranges from $140,000–$220,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within those ranges will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.

Our client offers a hybrid work arrangement option and an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The billable hour requirement is 1,850. Attorneys receive competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) with a partial match, and are eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
