Associate Attorney

This is a full-time role for a Workers Compensation Attorney based in Uniondale, NY. The role is four days per week in-office, with Fridays work-from-home. The attorney will handle all aspects of litigation, including preparing and attending hearings, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising clients, and negotiating settlements. While experience in workers’ compensation law is a plus, the primary requirement is experience actively litigating and practicing law.

• 3+ years of experience litigating cases and practicing law preferred
• Experience in workers’ compensation law is a strong plus, but not required
• Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
• Experience in Negotiation and settlements preferred
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of New York or pending
