Corporate Attorney | Middle-Market M&A | South Florida or REMOTE

Our client, a well respected South Florida boutique is hiring a Corporate Associate to support a growing middle-market M&A and transactional practice
. This role offers direct partner access, meaningful deal responsibility, and a culture intentionally designed around quality of life and long-term growth.

You’ll work closely with an experienced partner on a steady flow of corporate matters, including:

• Asset and stock purchase transactions
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Entity formations and corporate governance
• Drafting and negotiating core deal documents
• Supporting transactions from early stages through closing

Candidates should already have exposure to core corporate work, even if still developing depth.

• Generally 3–20 years of corporate / transactional experience
• Experience drafting M&A agreements (asset or stock purchase)
• Experience with entity formations and governance
• Comfortable executing work with guidance rather than hand-holding
• Big Law or sophisticated boutique training preferred
• Entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset
• In-office in Boca Raton or Fort Lauderdale

• More junior attorneys will benefit from increased in-office time; flexibility increases with experience
• No formal billable hour requirement identified
