A leading commercial law firm in Chester is looking for an ambitious and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor. The role requires 2-10 years' PQE with expertise in commercial litigation and debt recovery processes. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive services from debt recovery advice to managing insolvency actions, as well as handling Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings. This position offers a competitive salary up to £65k, reflecting experience, and the chance to be part of a growing team.
