Associate Attorney

Mazurek, Belden and Burke, P.C. is seeking additional Attorney candidates licensed/admitted to practice law in Texas and/or New Mexico to join our growing team, primarily to assist in the preparation of Oil and Gas Title Opinions.

Experience is not required. Attorney candidates must be licensed/admitted, active and in good standing to qualify for this position. We are not able to consider candidates who are pending admission or awaiting test results. In addition, the candidate will be expected to be proficient in legal research and writing.

This position is full-time and you must live in or be willing to commute to San Antonio, TX; no work from home or remote work.

Experience:

None required. Oil and Gas Title Examination experience a plus. Having taken classes related to:
Oil & Gas, Texas Land Titles, Renewable Energy, or Real Property is also a plus.

Bar (Licensure):
Admitted in Texas or New Mexico. Other States a plus.

Work Site:
Must live in or be willing to commute to San Antonio, TX; no work from home or remote work.

Employment Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
