Senior Commercial Property Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Oxford

A highly regarded regional law firm with a long-established presence in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is a newly created senior-level role
, working closely with Partners and offering genuine scope to build a profile, develop client relationships, and take on high-quality, varied work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You'll advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant work, including complex commercial leases
• Secured lending transactions
• Development matters such as options, promotion agreements, and infrastructure projects
• Easements, wayleaves, and related property rights

There is a particular focus on clients within the agricultural and rural sector
, so experience in this area would be advantageous, though not essential.

• At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical capability across commercial real estate
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Interest in business development and growing a client following
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

• Direct Partner exposure and real influence over the development of the role
• High-quality, interesting work with long-standing clients
