What we're looking for

Reid and Riege, P.C seeks a Commercial Transactional Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in the downtown Hartford office.

Partial remote work will be considered.

Qualifications

• Background of Increasing responsibility in commercial/corporate law, with particular emphasis on transactional work
• Strong drafting, advocacy and organizational skills
• Excellent judgment
• Dedication to providing top notch client service
• Mergers and acquisitions and/or private fund experience is a plus
