B3SL is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Litigation Paralegal specializing in Civil Defense. This is a full-time position with responsibilities that include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing case-related documents, and assisting in drafting pleadings and motions, and all phases of discovery and trial. The role requires close collaboration with attorneys while working independently in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and creating detailed, accurate, and professional legal materials
• Strong skills in Document Review and Legal Research, including the ability to analyze and summarize case files and statutes
• Experience with drafting and handling Pleadings and Motions and all phases of discovery and trial.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment
• Paralegal certification or equivalent educational experience is preferred
• Prior experience in civil defense litigation or corporate law is highly desirable
