Overview

Attorneys needed for a prominent plaintiffs firm in the US. This role offers 100% remote work and requires licensing in any state.

• Provide ERISA litigation counsel (plaintiff or defense) and support related litigation efforts
• Collaborate with teams on case strategy, discovery, and motion practice as needed

• Licensed attorney with 2-10+ years of experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Experience in ERISA Litigation, Consumer Protection, Class Actions, or Securities Litigation
• Willing to consider defense candidates seeking to move to plaintiff-side

• Salary $120,000 - $275,000 per year
