IP Docketing Specialist - Remote

• Review, docket, and distribute a high volume of incoming correspondence from the USPTO, WIPO, and foreign associates
• Update docket based on USPTO filing receipts, WIPO confirmations, and correspondence from foreign associates
• Monitor daily docket to ensure all deadlines are met and perform monthly status checks of pending U.S. patent applications
• Manage incoming and outgoing transferred files and respond to internal inquiries
• Save correspondence in the document management system to maintain electronic files

• Minimum of 6 years of intellectual property experience in a law firm or legal services environment
• Working knowledge of U.S. and International patent and trademark prosecution processes
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong proofreading abilities
• Proficient with MS Office applications

• Prior IP docketing experience, specifically in patent docketing
• Familiarity with computer database programs, particularly FIP
• Undergraduate degree in a related field
