Our firm is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent, fully remote position, offering the unique opportunity to work from anywhere. You will be working on the plaintiff-side only, and there are no billable hours required, allowing for a balanced work-life. This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients, who are predominantly employees and labor unions.

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment-related matters.
• Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to develop case strategies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal briefs.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Advocate for the rights of employees and labor unions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labor and employment laws.
• Work collaboratively with our team to develop strategies for litigation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney.
• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
• Proven experience with Hour or equivalent. (

• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fully remote environment.
