- Important Note: 5 - 7 years employment law (plaintiff) experience is REQUIRED.

100% fully remote role. Employment law practice is based in Los Angeles, CA.

Summary:
Respected employment law practice seeks an accomplished Employment Associate Attorney to join its growing practice.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience
, including the below qualifications:
- Employment law ~ plaintiff experience
- Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of employment matters representing employees nationwide.
- Admission & in good standing with the California State Bar is REQUIRED.
Annual salary range is 150K+ (DOE/DOQ) plus a comprehensive & robust benefits package, unlimited PTO,
100% fully remote work model

Bonus/Commissions:
Lucrative/uncapped bonus potential. Up to, or exceeding, 100% of base pay.
